Launch day!!

So here we are, a few months since I started creating this website and the social media pages for mine and Helen's new little venture Flow Wellbeing Network. And what a few months it's been, but there'll be more about that in future posts...

What I will say now though is WELCOME to Flow Wellbeing Network!! Helen and I are so excited for you to join us on our collective journeys to all find our flows.

Please have a browse through our website to find out more about us and about the services that we offer to date. This is an organic site that will grow as we follow our flows and as we, well as the name suggests, network. Find us on instagram and facebook if you haven't already, say hi, like us, follow us, share the billy heck out of us! The more people on this journey, the better!!
